XL CONSTRUCTIONS

Idicon undertook the design and renovation project for the XL Constructions office, offering a comprehensive and modern design that reflects the company’s dynamic and professional identity. The project included the reorganization of the workspace with the aim of improving functionality and aesthetics, the integration of innovative lighting solutions and the use of high-quality materials. With employee comfort and productivity as a priority, flexible and open workspaces were created, as well as modern meeting and relaxation rooms. The end result is a model of a professional space that enhances collaboration and creativity, meeting the high standards of XL Constructions.

Κατασκευή ενός παλαιού κτηρίου υπό κατάρευση, με δομικές φθορές και απουσία οποιιασδήποτε χρηστικής δομής. Στο ισόγειο σχεδιάστηκε Χώρος Υποδοχής και Συνεδριάσεων – Σκάλες – Εκθεσιακή Κουζίνα – Εκθεσιακό Μπάνιο – Χώρος Έκθεσης Προϊόντων – WC – Κουζίνα προσωπικού Στο πατάρι δημιουργήθηκες Εργασιακός Χώρος με γραφεία και βιβλιοθήκες. Η χρωματική παλέτα κινήθηκε στα χρώματα του λιγοτύπου της εταιρείας, λευκό κόκκινο μαύρο, συνδυαμένα με τους ζεστούς και οικείους τόνους του ξύλου. Ο σχεδιαμός είναι μοντέρνος καθώς έχει σκοπό να προβάλει τη σύγχρονη αρχιτεκτονική αισθητική.
