Simos Camping

Reuse of Simos Camping in Elafonisos. Ground floor area 433.73 sq.m. Surrounding area 519 sq.m.

The Camping was in need of immediate reuse and renovation as all the interior and exterior spaces were non-functional, showing serious deficiencies and damage. During the reuse, the following new structures were designed: Interior spaces: Self Service Restaurant – New modern Kitchen / Preparation Room – Super Market – Traditional Wood Oven – Toilets – WC – Storage Spaces Exterior spaces: Large bar – Tables and chairs / Passage – Electric Pergotent – ​​VIP Camps – Built-in Sofas The design was aimed at harmonizing with the natural environment, for this reason it is minimal and completely functional for the users who will have the opportunity for relaxation and luxury, in a peaceful environment. The colors are inspired by the landscape, beige of the sand, white of the whitewashed houses, blue of the sea and sky.

The project included the modernization of infrastructure, such as communal sanitary areas and living areas, using environmentally friendly materials and energy-efficient solutions. New recreation and relaxation areas were created, while existing areas were remodeled with the aim of comfort and aesthetic upgrade. Idicon took care to incorporate elements in the design that highlight the natural beauty of the landscape, offering guests a unique accommodation experience in a modern and welcoming environment.
